Return & Refund Policy

At Iza Silva, each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for each client. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

All Iza Silva products are made to order and produced exclusively for you once an order is placed. For this reason:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer exchanges, including for size, color, or design variations

  • Items cannot be restocked or resold

We strongly encourage clients to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase, including dimensions, colors, finishes, and materials. By placing an order, you confirm that all details are correct.

Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, refunds are not offered once an order has been placed, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@izasilva.com with clear photos and details of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Repair of the item, or

  • Replacement of the item

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including sizing, color preference, or design changes.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is exempt due to being custom-made or personalized.

Where applicable and legally required:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that custom-made items are typically exempt from the EU cooling-off period under consumer protection laws.
